Sharing our Fall....

Welcome to our Fall home!!
I know I am a bit late in sharing these pics.
Sadly they were lost for a while.
DH had loaded them up for me and so I had to go hunting for them!!!
Oh well.
At least they will be posted before Christmas!!
Hope you enjoy the tour!

Here is one of my Punkin Head dolls on an antique child's desk.
He shares it with a Seth Thomas clock.

Top of old green pie safe . Some old ironstone pieces.

Silver tea set on small wash stand.
Vintage feed/flour sack towels hanging off pie safe hanger.

Fall leaf luncheon/ salad plate.

Pumpkin luncheon/ salad plate.
I saw these at Walmart so had to buy 3 of each!

Pumpkin sitting on wreath in an old black painted wooden bowl.

Hearth guard! I made the pumpkin topiary.

Found this pretty piece at one of my thrift store haunts back in the summer!
Sits on the mantle now.

This was the mantle with a few Halloween items.

Plate shelf over old corn husk bottom chair.
Another Punkin Head doll on the antique oak wash stand.

Used some blue and cream plates on the shelf.
Also a vintage iron stone gravy warmer.

Added this transfer ware turkey plate to the green depression glass hanger.

Old oak chest by fireplace. I do love this area of the room.
So cozy looking.

Turkey cross stitched on linen.

Vintage quilt hung from black iron rod.
Has the wooden sign above.

Hope you have enjoyed your visit!!
After Thanks giving we will begin to do our Christmas decorating.
Maybe I will get them posted before New Years!!

Thanks for stopping by!

Vintage Homer Laughlin Plates

I bought these awesome Homer Laughlin plates along with a couple pretty tablecloths from a local thrift shop.
You can read about that here.

Plan to use them with these Homestead China plates during Christmas holiday.

See how the red and green look great together!

Now these are not vintage but so very pretty!!
Walmart finds!!!
Had to have them as I am now starting my amaryllis plants too.

They also look great with the green Homestead China!
I get a chuckle thinking I paid more for these than the vintage ones!!!
I do adore my Fall look for now but I am looking forward to doing up for Christmas as well!!!
